I am looking forward to playing in the league with all these bros and sis' but in my opinion the biggest problem of haxsports was the lack of referees.

Do not underestimate the problem. I had an idea to solve this issue at a certain extent: IMO we should motivate referees with positive reinforcement, giving them special rights and opportunities.

For example the right to remove "new" on ts, kicking rights, abilty to write in global (server) chat, etc.

I think without motivated referees it will be really hard to maintain the league.
